Resumed Tuesday, May 14, 1974 at 8:00 p.m. with a quorum.present to finish the last half of Article 8. Motion duly made and seconded to accept Article 8 as amended. So voted. Article 9. To see if the Town will vote to add $10,000 to the Stabilization Fund, said sum to be raised and appropri- ated or take any other action thereon. Submitted by Finance Committee. Action: Motion duly made and seconded to raise and appropriate $10,000 to be added to the Stabilization Fund. So voted. Article 10. To see if the Town will vote to transfer the sum of $10,000 from the Overlay Account to the Reserve Fund, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by Finance Committee. Action: Moved, duly made and seconded that Article 10 be accepted as read. So voted. Article 11. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate or take from available funds the sum of $20,000 to be spent for architectural and engineering services for pro- posed Middle School. Submitted by Municipal Site and Building Needs Committee. Action: Motion duly made and seconded to accept Art- icle 11 as amended: To see if the Town will vote to take from Revenue Sharing the sum of $20,000 to be spent for architectural and engineering services for proposed Middle School and to appoint the Municipal Site and Building Needs Committee to the School Committee. So voted. Article 12. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate or take from available funds the sum of $13,000, to complete the engineering site work on the proposed new muni- cipal site location.
