81 Action: Motion made and seconded to accept Article 76 as corrected: Compass Drive was changed to Ships Wheel Dr. Ships Wheel Drive was changed to Porthole Drive. Article 77. To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower its selectmen to appoint an executive secretary pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 41, Section 23A, or take any other action with re- spect to such a position. Submitted by Municipal Govern ment Study Committee. Action: Motion made to delete "and empower". Seconded—amendment. Motion made and seconded to accept as amended. So voted. Article 78. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds the sum of $12,000.00 for the salary of the executive secretary. Submit- ted by Municipal Government Study Committee. Action: Motion made and seconded under Article 78 to raise and appropriate $12,000.00. Unanimously voted. Article 79. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the appointment of a fulltime superintendent of Parks and Recreation. Submitted by Municipal Government Study Com- mittee. Action: Motion made and seconded to delete "super intendent of Parks" and add in its place "Full Time Recre- ational Director"; and add after the article has ended "In accordance with Section 7C of the Salary Administration Plan." Motion made and seconded to accept as amended.. So voted. Article 80. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the appointment of a fulltime agent for the Board of Health.
