F <br /> REPORT OF THE BOARD OF REGISTRARS <br /> I To the Honorable Board of Selectmen <br /> and Citizens of the Town of Mashpee: <br /> We respectfully submit the following report: <br /> I <br /> Total registered voters as of December 31, 1974......1, <br /> 892 <br /> j Total registered voters as of January 1, 1976.........1,888 <br /> During the year 1975, two hundred and ninety-nine (299) residents registered. <br /> Three hundred and three (303)names were removed from the Voting List due to <br /> 1 `I is large reduction was attributed to the up <br /> deaths and change of residence. Th <br /> - <br /> dating of the Voting List in October and November. <br /> A listing of the town residents is taken during the month of February. <br /> January 29, 1975 - Special Town Meeting. <br /> Two hundred and sixty-nine(269) <br /> registered voters attended. <br /> April 3, 1975 - Special Town Meeting. <br /> Twenty (20) registered voters <br /> in attendance. Not a quorum. <br /> NO ACTION, <br /> May 12, 1975 - Annual Town Meeting. <br /> Four hundred and eighteen (418) <br /> registered voters in attendance. <br /> ` May 13, 1975 - Annual Town Meeting (Continued) <br /> Three hundred thirty-seven (337) <br /> I` registered voters in attendance.` <br /> May 14, 1975 - Town election. <br /> One thousand one hundred and <br /> twenty-six (1,126)votes cast. <br /> ' I December 2, 1975-Special Town Meeting. <br /> i Four hundred and seventy-three <br /> (473) registered voters in <br /> attendance. <br /> r <br /> The work load for this Board is increasing every year and the amount of <br /> %•('` office space available is not adequate to do an effective and efficient job for the <br /> Citizens of Mashpee. <br /> To the Board of Selectmen and the residents of Mashpee, our sincere thanks <br /> or the cooperation and help you have extended to us. <br /> and appreciation f <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Mial C.
