i <br /> PERSONNEL BOARD ANNUAL REPORT <br /> � During the 1975 year, the Personel Board held twenty-nine regular meetings, <br /> d fifteen collective bargaining meetings. The latter <br /> ten special meetings an <br /> ed Mashpee Firefighter's Association and resulted in an <br /> involved the newly form <br /> agreement for a two-year contract commencing July 1, 1975. <br /> Over two hundred applications were reviewed for various town positions <br /> and relatedly personal interviews were conducted with fifty applicants. <br /> s' <br /> Other functions of the Board included the review of requests for employee <br /> vacations, sick leaves, and leaves of absence; review of employee performance <br /> evaluation reports by department heads; updating the Salary/Wage Classification <br /> Plan; and conducting in-depth reviews of departments requesting additional <br /> personnel, so that recommendations could be made for town meetings. <br /> e was accepted with deep regret and appre <br /> The resignation of John Malon - <br /> ciation for past services to the Board.
