BARNSTABLE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT A. The provision of leadership and technical skills is one of the state purposes of the Barnstable County Health Department. This report demonstrates the efforts of the staff to improve and update their skills, to impart these skills to health workers, and to develop or augment local program activities based on staff skills.
