Article 17: To see if the Town will vote to accept the pro- Motion to indefinitely postpone <br /> visions of Chapter 32, Section 22D. of the General Laws Motion carries 9:28 P.M. <br /> establishing a retirement system funding schedule in ac- <br /> cordance with said section to take effect July 1, 1991 Article 21: To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- <br /> Motion to accept as printed propriate and/or transfer from revenue available for ap- <br /> propriation and/or transfer from the Stabilization Ac- <br /> Motion carries 9:06 P.M. count, $30,000 to the Police Cruisers Account. <br /> Sent to Secretary of State <br /> Motion to transfer $30,000 from Stabilization Account <br /> Article 18: To see if the Town will vote to construct, to the Police Cruiser Account <br /> originally equip, and furnish a Town Hall and all Motion carries 9:30 P.M. <br /> necessary access ways and for said purposes and for ex- <br /> penses incidental and related thereto, the Town vote to Article 22: To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- <br /> appropriate and incur indebtedness of a sum of money propriate or transfer from available funds the sum of <br /> and the Treasurer, with the approval of the Board of $14,500 to the Library CLAMS Account. <br /> Selectmen, be authorized to borrow at one time or from <br /> time to time, a sum of money under and pursuant to Motion to indefinitely postpone <br /> Chapter 44, Sections 7 and 8 of the General Laws,or any <br /> other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or note of Motion carries 9:30 P.M. <br /> the Town therefor provided that said bonding authoriza- <br /> tion shall be contingent upon passage of a referendum Article 23: To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br /> question to exclude the principal and interest on such debt appointment of a Fire Department Building Commmit- <br /> from the tax levy limitation imposed by Chapter 59, Sec- tee for the purpose of developing architectural and <br /> tion 21C., of the General Laws (so-called Proposition engineering plans for a building renovation and addition <br /> 2 V2). to the present Mashpee Fire and Rescue Station, and for <br /> "Phase IV" of the Municipal Complex. <br /> Motion that the Town vote to construct, originally equip, <br /> and furnish a Town Hall and all necessary access ways Motion to accept as printed <br /> and for said purposes and for expenses incidental and Motion carries 9:31 P.M. <br /> related thereto, the sum of$3,980,103.00 is hereby ap- <br /> propriated and the Treasurer with the approval of the Article 24: To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- <br /> Board of Selectmen, is hereby authorized to borrow at propriate or transfer from available funds a sum of <br /> one time or from time to time, the sum of$3,980,103.00 money for the purpose of conducting architectural and <br /> under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7(3), of the engineering studies and related expenses in preparation <br /> General Laws, or any other enabling authority and to for a building addition and renovation of the Mashpee <br /> issue bonds or notes of the Town therefor, provided that Fire and Rescue station, and for engineering studies re- <br /> said bonding authorization shall be contingent upon quired to construct a fueling station at the Fire/Rescue <br /> passage of a referendum question to exclude the principal complex. <br /> and interest on such debt from the tax levy limitation im- <br /> posed by Chapter 59, Section 21C., of the General Laws Motion to indefinitely postpone <br /> (so-called Proposition 21/2).
