The present long term <br /> lease is to expire at the end of 1992, and a major issue <br /> in negotiations will be the cost for the town to purchase <br /> e <br /> the existing irrigation system owned by the holders of th <br /> present bog leases. <br /> The Commission has prepared and processed changes <br /> to the town by-laws that reduce the costs,simplifies paper <br /> work and reduces the efforts and "hassle" involve in <br /> some of the filings for minor projects.
