Chapter 801 of the Acts <br /> �j of 1951 establishes the right of Old Age Assistance re- <br /> cipients to receive higher minimum payments per month. <br /> This Act may increase the payments to Old Age Assist- <br /> l ante recipients by $50.00 per person per year.
