Town of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> I <br /> I hereby submit my report for the year ending 1951. ` <br /> House fires 4 <br /> Car fire 1 <br /> Forest fires 5 j <br /> Out of Town aid at Forestdale 1 <br /> i' Total Calls 11 <br /> The Fire Department has been reorganized and I <br /> believe the lives and property of the citizens of Mashpee <br /> are protected fairly well for a town this size with the � <br /> exceptions of the southern section of the Town. <br /> i The Seconset and South Mashpee areas should have <br /> more protection especially during the summer months <br /> and I feel this problem could be solved with the assign- <br /> ment <br /> ssign <br /> L <br /> m n of Baker in Mashpee if it is possible. <br /> e to aBr <br /> Brush Br <br /> !I <br /> i' We have been able to paint the inside of the Fire <br /> �I + Station by the generous donation of paint by Mr. Boyd <br /> JI <br /> and the labor of the department members. I am.well <br /> F I. pleased with the co-operation of the Selectmen, citizens <br /> lk <br /> and members of the Fire Department, and all they have <br /> done to make our department more efficient.
