SECTION 6: LAND USE REGULATIONS <br /> E <br /> 6.1 Except as provided by law or in this By-Law in each. district no <br /> building, structure, or land shall be used or occupied except for <br /> the purposes permitted as set forth in the accompanying Table of <br /> Use Regulations, Section 6.3. t <br /> 6.2 A use listed in Section 6.3 is permitted as of right in any district <br /> under which it is denoted by the letter "Y" subject to such require- <br /> ments as may be specified elsewhere in this By-Law. If designated <br /> in the Tables by the letters "SP" the use may be permitted as a <br /> special exception only if the Board of Appeals so determines and <br /> grants a special permit therefor as provided in Section 9 subject <br /> to such restrictions as set forth elsewhere in this By-Law and/or <br /> such restrictions as said Board may establish, or if Section 9 is <br /> not applicable then such permit shall be granted if deemed by the <br /> Board of Appeals in the best interest of the community. Such permit <br /> shall set forth any restrictions the Board of Appeals deems appropriate <br /> and the granting of said permit shall be made after the Board of <br /> Appeals determines it is not detrimental to the town or the area by <br /> reason of excessive traffic noise or demand on community facilities. <br /> In all cases involving a special permit a site plan showing location <br /> of buildings, drainage, and utilities shall be submitted in duplicate <br /> and the Board of Appeals shall submit one (1 ) copy to the Planning <br /> Board for its review and comments . <br /> 6.3 Land Use Regulations: See following pages. <br /> j <br /> 4 <br /> r <br /> t, <br /> C <br /> I <br /> 1,j <br /> i <br /> -11- COMMUNITY PLANNING SERVICES <br /> II <br /> 1� <br />
