Grant <br /> Town Clerk <br /> Mashpee Town Hall <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> Dear Ms. Grant: <br /> I enclose the amendments to general by-laws <br /> adopted under Articles 9 , 10 , 11, 13 , 15 , 17 , 18 , 19 , <br /> and 21 of the warrant for the Annual Town Meeting held <br /> on May 3 and 4 , 1976 , with the approval of the Attorney <br /> General endorsed thereon. <br /> Further information is needed in order to process <br /> the by-laws pertaining to boats adopted under Articles <br /> 79 and 80 . Please submit a certified copy of the action <br /> taken on these votes by the Director of the Division of <br /> Marine and Recreational Vehicles. <br /> In answer to your question concerning the submittal <br /> of by-laws, the guideline you have is still effective. <br /> It will be updated shortly.
