This section would be effective <br /> upon the approval of the Attorney Generalts office. <br /> Section 6 is denied, as it has been superseded by Section 13A <br /> of Chapter 90B (Chapter 714, Acts of 1974) as amended by Chapters <br /> 42 and 174 of the Acts of 1975, which require that the diverts <br /> flag must be 12 x 15 inches and extended at least 3 feet above <br /> the surface of the water and a speed limit not in excess of <br /> 3 miles per hour must be maintained within 100 feet of the diverts <br /> flag. <br /> Recent legislation requires that the observer in a motorboat <br /> �n <br /> towing a waterskier must have attained the age of twelve years. <br /> (Chapter 100, Acts of 1976) <br /> Please include a copy of this letter when Articles 79 and 80 <br /> are forwarded to the Attorney General's office for his review. <br /> #Veruly y. rs,AFN/Jg r a oniEnc, or <br />
