All residents must dump in designated <br /> t locations. All trees must be cut in five foot lengths. All <br /> commercial garbage and trucking outfits must be ap- <br /> proved by the Board of Health. No autos or parts of autos <br /> i will be accepted. All persons who willfully fail ;or refuse <br /> to comply with these rules and regulations shall be pun- <br /> ished.by a fine of not less than $25.00 and not more than <br /> $50.00:- Submitted by the Board of Health. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br /> 1 read. 50 for, 36 opposed.
