Peters delivered the warrant to <br /> Town Clerk, Elwood O. Mills at 6:45 p.m. <br /> Moderator, Theresa Barco Johnson presided at the meet- <br /> ing. <br /> 61 <br /> 0 The meeting was opened by everyone saying the Lord's <br /> ` prayer, at 8:00 p.m. <br /> There were twenty registered voters present at the meet- <br /> ' Xl Y <br /> % ing. <br /> Article 1.
