Town of Mashpee <br /> Annual Town Meeting . 5 <br /> Barnstable, ss: Greetings <br /> To the Constables of the Town, <br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, <br /> you are hereby directed to notify and summon the <br /> inhabitants of the Town of Mashpee who are qualified <br /> to vote in the elections to meet at the Mashpee Middle <br /> School on Monday, the 1st day of May, 1995 at 7:30 <br /> p.m. for the following purposes: <br /> To act on the articles contained in the following War- <br /> rant: <br /> Article 1: To choose for a one-year term a burial <br /> agent, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> I <br /> Explanation: This is the only position elected at the <br /> Annual Town Meeting. All other elected positions are <br /> included on the ballot of the Annual Election. The <br /> incumbent is Leigh Potter. <br /> Article 2:To see if the Town will fix the salaries of the <br /> following elected officers as provided in Chapter 41, <br /> Section 108,of the General Laws for the period of July <br /> 1, 1995 to June 30, 1996,and further to see if the Town <br /> will vote to raise and appropriate and transfer and <br /> appropriate a sum of money to defray the Town's <br /> expenses for the ensuing fiscal year according to the <br /> following line item budget with the maximum amount <br /> to be appropriated as shown in the column entitled <br /> "Dept.
