Waterskiing, tubing and kneeboarding is permitted <br /> cha ter and refuses to obey the <br /> p y lawful and reason- <br /> on fresh <br /> water ponds and the tidal waters of Pop- <br /> able orders of those empowered to enforce same or <br /> onesset Ba <br /> . p Nantucket Sound,und, and Wa uoit Ba <br /> resists them m the discharge of their duties shall be <br /> 9 Y <br /> subject to the following re <br /> strictions:fined according to the fine schedule set forth <br /> in 1. Great River <br /> machinery 2. Little River <br /> iv. vessels not underway (for example moored 3. Santuit River <br /> or anchored) 4. Mashpee River <br /> v. commercial docking or mooring areas 5. Hamblin Pond <br /> vi. private docking or mooring areas 6. Jehu Pond <br /> d. On the following bodies of tidal water: 7. Sage Lot Pond <br /> i. Great River, except in any planing channel 8. Ockway Bay .. , <br /> as may be posted in Upper Great River <br /> P PP 9. Shoestring Bay and Simon's Narrows <br /> ii. Little River C. All turns shall be counter clockwise. <br /> iii. Santuit River <br /> iv. Mashpee River D. In addition to the operator, there shall be a compe- <br /> v. Ockway Bay,except in any planing channel tent observer at least twelve (12) years of age on <br /> as may be posted board to observe the person or persons being <br /> vi. In the Mashpee part of Shoestring Bay and towed. <br /> Simon's Narrows [Amended 1995] E. All waterskiiers, tubers, and kneeboarders shall <br /> e. A boat or personal watercraft operator within sight III or better; Life belts are not acceptable.) <br /> of a diver's flag shall proceed with caution and §170-6. Personal watercraft operation.
