ARTICLE 4 Motion made by Selectman Frye. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to hear the report and Motion: I move the Town vote to hear the report of the <br /> adopt the Capital Improvement Program as presented Capital Improvement Committee and further, the <br /> by the Capital Improvement Committee and to see if Town vote to raise and appropriate $284,939 to the <br /> Fthe Town will vote to raise and appropriate,borrow or following Department Capital Accounts: <br /> transfer from available funds $517,939 to various Town Hall Capital <br /> department Capital Accounts (See Capital Requests), — 20 non <br /> or take any other action relating thereto.
