Motion made by John Cahalan. 12.37 acres, more or less, located between Holland <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to authorize the Mill Road, Old Ockway Road and "Coombs Avenue" <br /> Selectmen to acquire, by purchase or otherwise, for and shown on a"Plan of Land in Mashpee,Mass. pre- <br /> conservation and passive recreation purposes, all or a pared for Heirs of Maurice F.Greaney",dated October <br /> portion of that parcel of land identified on the 1999 6, 1989, by Schofield Brothers, Inc. Registered Land <br /> Surveyors, to be held in the care and custody of the <br /> Mashpee Assessors' Maps as Map 115, Blocks 12 f <br /> Conservation Commission pursuant to Massachusetts <br /> through 16, consisting of 8.52 acres, more or less, General Laws Chapter 40, Section 8C; and further, to j <br /> located between Amy Brown Road, Great Hay Road <br /> and Abigail's Brook and shown as Lots 2 through 5 see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer <br /> and Parcel A on a"Subdivision Plan of Land Prepared from the Land Bank Fund established by the Town <br /> under the provisions of Chapter 293 of the Acts of <br /> for Stable Trust in Mashpee, Mass.", revision date 1998 (An Act Relative to the Establishment of the <br /> December 16, 1985,by Holmes&McGrath,Inc.
