The homes will be deeded with an affordable Town Meeting convened at 7:26 PM <br /> l <br /> I housing deed restriction to maintain the homes as Voters Present-309 � <br /> affordable in perpetuity, thereby adding to the Town's Quorum Required-0 <br /> affordable housing resources, and contributing to the <br /> Town's goal of achieving an affordable housing inven- Barnstable, ss: <br /> tory of 10%. Funding would derive from the 10% <br /> budgeted Affordable Housing Reserve Account of the Greetings <br /> CPA. <br /> To the Constables of the Town, <br /> as <br /> +°h' The Board of Selectmen recommends approval by <br /> a vote of 5-0.
