Replace the current wording of Section 174-42 with Planning Board voted at a Public Hearing held on <br /> the following: October 1, 2003 4-0 to recommend approval as <br /> motioned by Selectmen Green at Town Meeting. <br /> "§174-42. Loading facilities. Appropriately sized <br /> and designed off-street truck loading / unloading and Motion passes at unanimously at 8:08 p.m. <br /> parking spaces shall be provided for all retail and <br /> industrial projects,for any"dumpster"location and for Article 13 <br /> other development as required.
