Her interest and John W. Cramer, Jr. Chairman <br /> performance in behalf of the "Committee" has been Jeralyn Smith Vice Chairman <br /> outstanding. Catherine E. Conroy Clerk <br /> Morris Kirsner, Esquire, the original and contin- C. Ben Lofchie <br /> ually serving Chairman of the South Cape Beach J. Michael Cardeiro <br /> Advisory Committee,tendered his retirement effective <br /> 10/28/04. As an original member and the continually D. Bruce McHenry Barnstable Representative <br /> serving Director of the "Committee", Mr. Kirsner (resigned 11/1/04) <br /> devoted endless time, energy and counsel to the many Lance Lambros Sandwich Representative <br /> objectives of the "Committee". The "Committee" Carey E. Murphy Falmouth Representative <br /> gratefully expresses its thanks, appreciation and grati- <br /> tude to Mr. Kirsner for his services. The four ex-officio non-voting members are: <br /> D. Bruce McHenry, an original member of the Senator Robert O'Leary Cape and Islands <br /> "Committee", tendered his resignation effective Senatorial District <br /> 11/1/2004 due to the fact that he and his family was <br /> Cod. Mr. Representative Matthew Patrick Third Barnstable <br /> relocating away from Barnstable and Cape p <br /> McHenry, as an original Director of the South Cape Representative District <br /> Beach Advisory Committee, dedicated endless time <br /> and attention to the many objectives of the Truman Henson Representative <br /> "Committee". The "Committee" expresses its thanks of Coastal Zone Management <br /> and gratitude to Mr. McHenry for his services. <br /> Paul Didodati Representative of Department of <br /> The "Committee" has three Board vacancies; Fisheries, Wildlife <br /> two to represent the Town of Mashpee and one to rep- and Environmental Management <br /> resent the Town of Barnstable. Appropriate action is <br /> underway to identify candidates for these openings Respectfully submitted, <br /> and schedule interviews. After the candidates have John W. Cramer, Jr. <br /> been identified, the "Committee's" recommendations Chairman of the South Cape Beach <br /> will be forwarded to the Mashpee Board of Selectmen State Park Advisory Committee <br /> for their approval to appoint. <br /> I, in behalf of the "Committee", take this oppor- <br /> tunity to thank Senator Robert O'Leary and <br /> Representatives Mathew Patrick and Jeffrey Perry for <br /> their efforts and cooperation. , <br /> The"Committee" also expresses its thanks to the <br /> Board of Selectmen, the Town Administrator and <br /> other Town Officials for their input and cooperation. 3 <br /> I also wish to thank Nick Vontzalides, "DCR" <br /> Attorney,Joseph Sousa,Jr.,Park Supervisor, Christine �s <br /> Gault, (WBNERR) and other members of the staff. <br /> As in the past, I cannot say enough for the mem- <br /> bers of the "Committee", present and past, who have <br /> given their time and dedication to the various issues.
