Mr. Long was awarded a certificate of appreciation from the Council and was applauded for his contribu- tions to promoting the arts in Mashpee. Mrs. Conrad has experience in fund-raising and will be an asset to the Council in its quest to further promote the arts in Mashpee. The Council met in November of 2003 to dis- tribute the 2004 fiscal year allotment of $2000.
