Motion made by John Cahalane. operation and maintenance of the Cape Cod Regional <br /> Technical High School District for the fiscal year <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to hear the report of beginning July 1, 2005. <br /> the Capital Improvement Committee and further, the <br /> Town vote to raise and appropriate$538,373 to the fol- Motion passes unanimously at 8:56 pm. <br /> lowing department capital accounts: <br /> Article 5 <br /> Police Capital 121,845 <br /> School Capital 199,250 To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, <br /> DPW Capital 92,000 borrow or transfer from available funds $460,000 to <br /> Fire Capital 125,278 provide for road improvement projects under the <br /> Chapter 90 program, or take any other action relating <br /> and for said purpose the Town vote to appropriate and thereto. <br /> transfer from the Overlay Surplus $350,000 to Line Submitted by the Department of Public Works <br /> Items 1,2,3,4,5,and 6; appropriate and transfer from <br /> Revenue Available for Appropriation $63,095 to Line Explanation: This article authorizes use of funds <br /> Items 6&7, and further appropriate and transfer from which will be 100% reimbursed by the <br /> the Ambulance Receipts Reserved for Appropriation Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The budget <br /> $125,278 Line Items 8, 9, 10 of the Capital approved each fiscal year by the Legislature and <br /> Improvement Budget. Governor establishes the total funding available for <br /> Chapter 90 local transportation aid for that year. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 8:53 pm. These funds are then apportioned to the 351 <br /> Massachusetts towns and cities.
