<br /> ARTICLE III—General Penalties
<br /> Greetings to the Constables of the Town, History: Adopted 5-2-1983 ATM Article 48,
<br /> approved by Attorney General on 10-12-1983.
<br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,
<br /> you are hereby directed to notify and summon the §1-3. Noncriminal Disposition: The provisions of
<br /> inhabitants of the Town of Mashpee who are qualified MGL C.40, §211),providing for the noncrim-
<br /> to vote in the elections to meet at the Mashpee High inal disposition of bylaw violation, shall be
<br /> School on Monday, the 170h day of October, 2005 at applicable to all violations of Town Bylaws
<br /> 1:30 p.m. for the following purposes: wherein a specific penalty is provided for said
<br /> violation.
