Motion: I move the Town vote to accept the layout as Article 1 —In General <br /> a public way of Meadowbrook Road as shown on ] <br /> plans entitled "Easement Taking Plan of `Seabrook Any elected town officer, or any member of an elected <br /> Meadows' Subdivision" prepared by The BSC Group, multiple member body, may serve by virtue of office 1 <br /> Inc., dated November 21, 2000"; which layout shall as a member of a multiple member body whenever the i <br /> have been filed in the Office of the Town Clerk, not town by-law, or town meeting vote, or other vote,or I <br /> later than seven days prior to the date of the vote here- order establishing the multiple member body specifies <br /> under and to authorize the Board of Selectmen to that one or more of the members of the said multiple <br /> acquire by gift, purchase or eminent domain taking member body shall be the town clerk, or the town ] <br /> any land necessary for the purposes of such ways as so moderator, or a member of the board of selectmen,or <br /> laid out; and further authorize the Board of Selectmen a member of the school committee,or a member of the <br /> to assess betterments to the owners of the land abut- board of library trustees or a member of the planning <br /> ting the ways. board.
