0 1 <br /> Article 6 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer $29,629 from the Treasurer's Debt <br /> Service Account to the Interest Outside 2 '/2 Account, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Treasurer <br /> Explanation: The town issued bonds in August 2008 related to a number of projects including <br /> the Fire Sub-Station and the St. Vincent's Land purchase. The first interest payment on these <br /> bonds comes due within FY 2009 and this payment amount was not known at the time the <br /> budget was originally created. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval by a vote of 5-0. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval by a vote of 6-0. <br /> Motion be made by Selectman Teresa Cook. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to appropriate and transfer $29,629 from the Treasurer's Debt <br /> Service Account to the Interest Outside 2 '/2 Account. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 7:16PM. <br /> Special Town Meeting adjourned at 7:16PM. <br /> And you are hereby directed to serve this Warrant by posting up attested copies thereof, one at <br /> the Town Hall, one at the Post Office, and one each on the bulletin boards, thirty days at least <br /> before said meeting. <br /> Hereof fail not and make return of this Warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk at <br /> the time and place of said meeting. <br /> Given under our hands this 16th day of March in the year two thousand and nine. <br /> Per order of, <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> John J.
