<br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
<br />Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter
<br />40A, the Mashpee Planning Board will hold a public
<br />hearing on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at 7:10 p.m. at
<br />the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, to
<br />review the following zoning articles proposed for action
<br />at the October 18, 2010 Town Meeting:
<br />Article 9, submitted by the Planning Board, which would
<br />amend Section 174-45.1.1 to authorize the Planning
<br />Board to allow undersized lots within'commercial center'
<br />developments to be connected to a private wastewater
<br />treatment plant, rather than the currently -required con-
<br />nection to a public wastewater treatment plant.
<br />f p Article 11. submitted by petition, which would amend the
<br />cluster zoning by-law by amending Section 174-47.8.(5)
<br />to clarify that when the Planning Board authorizes zero
<br />lot line housing, no landscape buffer will be required
<br />between the residences, and by amending Section 174.
