Motion-, I move the Town vote that the following sums be appropriated for the Kids Klub <br />Enterprise Fund for Fiscal Year 2011 -0 <br />Personnel $190,472 <br />Insurance $ 181460 <br />Operating Expenses $629058 <br />Administrative Overhead $ 18,830 <br />Total $2899820 <br />And that $289,820 is raised as departmental receipts. <br />Motion passes unanimously at 7:50 PM. <br />Article 8 <br />To see if the Town will vote to re -authorize the Council on Aging revolving account, through the <br />Town Accountant, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 44,Section 53E 1/2 <br />to be expended under the direction of the Council on Aging, in order to place anticipated <br />revenues collected from program income which shall be used to further the operation of <br />programs under the Council on Aging, and to establish the limit on expenditures from said <br />account for Fiscal, Year 2010 at $15,000, or take any other action, relating thereto. <br />Submitted by the Council on Aging <br />Explanation: Revolving account is required in order to receive and disburse funds generated <br />through programs supported by such revolving fund such as senior trips, educational programs, <br />educational program staff, transportation programs etc. Revenues will be used to offset expenses <br />related to these programs and activities. <br />The Board of Selectmen recommends approval by a vote of 5-0. <br />The Finance Committee recommends approval by a vote of 5-0. <br />Motion made by Selectman Wayne Taylor, <br />Motion: I move the Town vote to re -authorize the Council on Aging revolving account, through <br />the Town Accountant in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 53E <br />1/2 to be expended under the direction of the Council on Aging, in order to place anticipated <br />revenues collected from program income which shall be used to further the operation of <br />programs under the Council on Aging, and to establish the limit on expenditures from said <br />account for Fiscal Year 2011 at $15 NO. <br />Motion passes unanimously at 7:52 PM. <br />
