A <br />` Afl <br />G <br />Mashpee Planning Board <br />Public Hearing Notice <br />Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, the Mashpee Planning Board will hold a <br />public hearing on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great <br />" r <br />Neck Road North, to review the following two zoning articles proposed for action at the October <br />19, 2009 Town Meeting: <br />An article submitted by petition amending Subsection 174-25.I.(2) of the Table of Use <br />Regulations to allow one school bus, which must be used to transport Mashpee students (i.e. not <br />serving other town school departments) to be parked on a regular basis, including overnight, at <br />any residential or other property in Mashpee, by right. <br />' <br />. 1 <br />An article submitted by petition to amend the zoning to C-2 Commercial, from R-3 Residential, <br />on a 1.3 acre house lot, shown on the 2009 Mashpee Assessors' Maps as Map 62, Block 68B, <br />surrounded on two of its sides by developed commercial and industrial zoned land (Trinity Place <br />and the former Augat building, now Boston Interiors, Gold's Gym etc.) <br />The full text of these articles and any associated maps or plans may be reviewed in the office of <br />the Town Clerk or Town Planner at Mashpee Town Hall. <br />Submitted by <br />Thomas O'Hara, Chairman <br />Mashpee Planning Board' <br />Publication dates: Friday, March 19, 2010 <br />Friday, March 26, 2010 <br />, <br />1 <br />„'' r. <br />I <br />
