This article would establish a process, by which such facilities <br /> may be allowed in any zoning district through a Special Permit issued by the Planning Board, <br /> and specify the standards to be applied to such facilities. <br /> Motion made and passed to dispense with reading of article at 8:16PM <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval by a vote of 5-0. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval by a vote of 6-0. <br /> Planning Board voted at a Public Hearing held on September 19, 2007 4-0 to recommend <br /> approval. <br /> Motion made by Selectman John Cahalane. <br /> Motion: I move Article 22 be voted as printed in the warrant, with the exception of the phrase, <br /> "or take any other action relating thereto". <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 8:21 PMO <br /> Article 23 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a plan <br /> laying our (sic) and defining Forest Drive; and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses <br /> incidental and related thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available <br /> funds for appropriation $5,000 to the Forest Drive Account, or take any other action relating <br /> thereto. <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval by a vote of 5-0. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval by a vote of 6-0. <br /> Motion made by Merry Sue Ahlgren-7 Forest Drive Petitioner. <br /> 40 <br />
