Article 30 To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a plan laying out and defining Regatta Drive and Crestview Circle; and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses incidental and related thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds for appropriation $5,000 to the Regatta Drive and Crestview Circle Account and to raise said appropriation the Treasurer, with the approval of the Board of Selectmen, be authorized to borrow at one time, or from time to time, $5,000 under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7 or 8 or any enabling authority and to issue bonds and notes of the Town therefore, and farther,, to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate and transfer from available funds $51000 to provide interest and debt issuance expenses, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by Petition The Board of Selectmen and the Finance Committee recommend approval. Motion to dispense made to dispense with reading of Article 30 Motion to dispense with reading of Article 30 passes at 9:20 PM Motion made by Brian Curran. Motion passes unanim ously at 9:21 Phi. Article 31 To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a plan laying out and defining Cayuga Avenue and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses incidental and related thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds for appropriation $5,000 to the Cayuga Avenue Roadways Account, and to raise said appropriation, the Treasurer with the approval of the Board of Selectmen be authorized to borrow at one time, or from time to time, $5,000 under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7 or 8 or any other enabling authority and to issue bonds and notes of the Town therefore, and farther, to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds $5,000 to the Cayuga Avenue Roadways Account to provide interest and debt issuance expenses, or take any other action relating thereto.
