Vehicles, including, but not limited to, the provisions of G.L. c.90B, §§20-35 and 323 C.M.R <br /> " <br /> 3.01, et seq., as amended., <br /> or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by Board of Selectmen <br /> Explanation: The Town has experienced a significant and growing problem of illegal use of all- <br /> terrain motor vehicles on Conservation lands and other public and private properties. This article <br /> is intended to provide for clear and enforceable regulation of all-terrain vehicle use in the Town. <br /> Motion made to dispense witn the reading of Article 44 made at 9:42 p�.m. <br /> Motion to dispense with reading of Article 44 passes at 9:42 p.m. <br /> Motion made by Wayne Taylor. <br /> Motion*, I move Article 44 be voted as printed in the warrant with the exception of the phrase, <br /> "or take any other action relating thereto". <br /> Motion passes at 9-.45 p.m. <br /> Article 45 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the General. Bylaw of the Mashpee General Code <br /> pertaining to Public Records and Open Meetings, 38-3-1 to add subsection e) to read as follows: <br /> e) Regulatory Boards, Commissions, and Committees shall post 24 hours prior to their scheduled <br /> meeting an agenda for that meeting to the town website. Within 10 business days following each <br /> meeting the minutes of the meeting shall be posted to the Town's website in draft format. Final <br /> versions shall be posted to the website after the Boards,'/Committees/Commiss,ions' approval and <br /> shall remain on the website for a period of not less than six months <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> Explanation,,, As the purpose of the original bylaw was to ensure open access to public records <br /> and meetings, to provide for adequate disclosure of matters concerning the public interest and the <br /> accountability of Town Boards, Committees and Commissions; and to provide for strengthened <br /> local control and enforcement of the Commonwealth's Open Meeting law; as this bylaw <br /> provided for accomplishing the above through written reports/agendas and through audio sound <br /> records-, as this bylaw was passed on May 3, 2003 by the Town Meeting; as the Town and <br /> residents are increasingly using the Town website for dissemination of 'information and for <br /> communication, the proposed amendment to General Bylaw 38,-3-1 adds the town website as a <br /> required location for posting Town Regulatory Board, Committee and Commission agendas and <br /> minutes. <br /> Motion made to dispense witn the reading of Article 45 made at 9:45 p.m. <br /> Motion to dispense with reading of Article 45 passes, at 94,,45 p.m. <br /> 35 <br />
