Explanation-, This article will grant an easement to Mashpee Commons for stormwater <br /> discharge on Town-owned property located on Route 151 that is currently being used for said <br /> purpose. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval by a vote of 4-0, one absent. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends ap proval by a vote of 6-�0, one absent. <br /> Motion made by Selectman on Myers. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to transfer the use of, and authorize the Board of Selectmen to <br /> convey to Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership, LLP, an easement for storm. water discharge/ <br /> retention and drainage purposes in and over a portion of the layout of Nathan S.
