I further noted that there were no provisions set forth in this General Bylaw relative to enforcement authority or procedures to compel compliance with the terms thereof. At minimum, �k I believe it would advisable for the proponent of the Article to identify the Town officer(s) who are vested with authority to enforce the subject Outdoor Lighting Bylaw. The Building Inspector would appear to be a logical enforcement authority in this case. The Town could also impose a schedule of fines or other penalties based upon confirmed violations of the Bylaw, should it deem it appropriate to do so.
