Article 43 <br /> We the undersigned residents of Seabrook Village hereby petition the Board of Selectmen for the <br /> layout and acceptance of the Roads within our development, namely Surf Drive, Tradewind <br /> Drive, Leeshore Drive", Sextant Circle, Sandy Way, Driftwood Way, Barnacle Lane and <br /> Albatross Circle as public ways pursuant to Mashpee Bylaws Section 150-6. The undersigned <br /> residents agree to release the Town from any and all damage claims resulting from the laying <br /> out, grading and construction of the way and the taking by eminent domain of any land necessary <br /> to lay out the way. We understand that a betterment may be assessed to the property owners <br /> abutting the way for work performed to carry out the above-referenced tasks. <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> Motion made by Robert Nickerson. <br /> Motion-. I move the Town vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a <br /> plan laying out and defining Surf Drive, Tradewind Drive, Leeshore Drive, Sextant Circle, <br /> Sandy Way, l riftwood Way, Barnacle Lane and Albatross Circle and to accomplish said <br /> purpose and for expenses incidental and related thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate <br /> $5,000 to the Seabrook Village Roadways Account. <br /> Planning Board voted 4-0 in favor of article. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 8:04 p.m. <br /> Article 44 <br /> We the undersigned residents of Harbor Ridge Drive hereby petition the Board of Selectmen, for <br /> the layout and acceptance of the Harbor Ridge Drive as a public may pursuant to Mashpee <br /> Bylaws Section 150-6. The undersigned residents agree to release the Town from any and all <br /> damage claims resulting from the laying out, grading and construction of the way and the taking <br /> by eminent domain of any land necessary to lay out the way.
