§1-40 Violations and penalties-, Whoever violates any of the provisions of this Code, <br /> unless otherwise provided for therein, shall be punished by a fine of not less than <br /> twenty dollars ($20.) nor more than fifty dollars ($100.). The Town will hold two (2) regularly scheduled Annual Town Meetings. The <br /> Spring Annual Town Meeting will be held the first Monday in May and will <br /> address the Annual Town operating budget. The Board of Selectmen shall receive all petitions addressed to it <br /> which request the submission of particular subject matter to the Town Meeting <br /> and which. conform to the requirements of section ten of chapter thirty-nine of the <br /> General Laws. All requests for the inclusion of subject matter shall be in writing, <br /> but shall not otherwise 'be required to conform to any particular style or form, <br /> except that each request for a particular subject shall be submitted as a separate <br /> petition. <br /> C. Articles for the Spring Annual Town Meeting must be submitted. by the second <br /> Monday in February each year.
