Article 10 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to enter into and execute a <br /> lease agreement pursuant to M.G.L. c.30B and c.40, s.4A with the Cape Cod Regional Transit <br /> Authority for a ten passenger van, and for expenses incidental thereto, upon such terms and <br /> conditions as the Selectmen shall deem to be in the best interest of the Town, or take any other <br /> action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Council on Aging <br /> Explanation: This article allows, the Town to enter into a five-year lease with the CCRTA for a <br /> passenger van to replace the existing senior van. Leases in excess of three years must be <br /> approved by Town Meeting. The Town will be responsible for operating expenses, insurance <br /> ,and maintenance. <br /> Motion made by Wayne Taylor. <br /> Motion-, I move Article 10 be voted as printed in the warrant, with the exception of the phrase, <br /> '4or take any other action relating thereto". <br /> Motion p�asses unanimously at 9:35 p.m. <br /> Article 11 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire by gift, or purchase, <br /> or otherwise easements over land located on the westerly side of Great Neck Road South from <br /> Donna's Lane to the Children's Museum, as shown on a plan entitled "Great Neck Road <br /> Sidewalk" dated December 2003, by BNH which is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, for <br /> the purpose of constructing a bikeway/walkway along Great Neck Road South, or take any other <br /> action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Department of Public Works <br /> Explanation: Approval of the easements will allow construction of a b�ikeway/walkway along <br /> Great Neck Road South. <br /> Motion made by David Leveille. <br /> Motion: I move the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire by gift, or <br /> purchase, or eminent domain easements over land located on the westerly side of Great Neck <br /> Road South from Donna's Lane to the Children's Museum, as shown on a plan entitled "Great <br /> Neck Road Sidewalk" dated December 2003, by BNH which is on file in the Office of the Town <br /> Clerk, for the purpose of constructing a bikeway/walkway along Great Neck Road South. <br /> Motion p�asses by a 2/3rds vote at 9:43 p.m. <br /> 17 <br />
