Motion made by Selectman George Green. <br /> Motion.- I move the Town vote to appropriate and transfer $60,740 from the Waterways <br /> Improvement Fund Account to the Waterways Maintenance Account. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 8:0 PM. <br /> Article 7 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer $50,000 from the Waterways <br /> Improvement Fund to the Waterways Maintenance Account, or take any other action relating <br /> thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Waterways Commission <br /> Explanation: This article is necessary to fund permitting only of a new channel which would be <br /> dredged through Low Tide Island. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval by a vote of 5-0. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval by a vote of 3-1-1. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Wayne Taylor. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to appropriate and transfer $50,000 from the Waterways <br /> Improvement Fund to the Waterways Maintenance Account. <br /> Motion passes at 8:05PM. <br /> Article 8 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer from the Community Preservation Fund <br /> $45,000 to the Community Preservation Act Committee Administrative and Operating Expenses <br /> Account, or take any action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Community Preservation Act Committee <br /> Explanation: To provide funding for operation and administrative costs of the Community <br /> Preservation Act Committee which it incidental project costs associated to and incidental <br /> the Community Preservation Act Committee. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval by a vote of 5-0. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval by a vote of -0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Teresa Cook. <br /> 12 <br />
