Article 44 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-law by amending Article XIII <br /> "Groundwater Protection District" as follows: <br /> In Section 174-79.A.(I) after the words entitled "Groundwater Protection District, Town of <br /> Mashpee," add: and on a map dated October 19�9�6 entitled "Additional Groundwater Protection <br /> District, Town of Mashpee," <br /> In Section 1,74-79.B. add subsection: <br /> (8) Including all of the land within the following described lines: <br /> All of the land labeled "Zone 11" on the map dated October 1996 entitled "Additional <br /> Groundwater Protection District." <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> Motion made by Petitioner to indefinitely postpone. <br /> Motion to indefinitely postpone passes at 10:41 p.m. <br /> Article 45 <br /> To see if the town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw by deleting the current language of <br /> Subsection 174.79.B.(7) in its entirety and replacing it with the following: <br /> "(7) Including all of the land within the following described lines: <br /> As shown on the 1996 Mashpee Assessors' Map�s, beginning at the southeast comer of <br /> that parcel shown as Map 98, Block 25-, <br /> Thence northerly along the western sideline of Great Hay Road to the northeast comer of <br /> Map 88, Block 77; <br /> Thence westerly to the northwest comer of said Map 88, Block 77; <br /> Thence northwesterly to the southeast comer of Map 88, Block 32; <br /> Thence northerly to the southeast comer of Map 88, Block 35; <br /> Thence westerly and northerly along the property lines of said Map 88, Block 35 to its <br /> northwest comer and continuing on the same course to the north sideline of Industrial <br /> Drive; <br /> Thence westerly along said sideline to the point at which it turns south; <br /> Thence northwesterly to the southeast comer of Map 88, Block 79; <br /> 53 <br />
