Submitted by Petition Explanation: This article would expand the Groundwater Protection District established to protect the so-called "Holland Mill" well of the Mashpee Water District (MWD well #5) beyond that area approved by the October, 1994 Town Meeting to include that portion east of Johns Pond as the area shown as Zone 11 for said well by figure 4-3 of the "Mashp,ee Regional Groundwater Flow Model" report, dated November, 1996 and prepared by EARTH TECH of Concord, Mass. for the Mashp�ee Water District. Recommendation: Planning Board recommends approval as amended.
