I i , y i 32' Article 37: To see if the -Town will vote'to add the fol- lowing to the Town By-Laws, to be inserted after section three Article III, Chapter 111 �as' amended: _ r I f' Section 4. An other -la notwithstanding twithstandYn and sub- ject to the further provisions herein, no more than one. travel trailer may be stored on any lot or parcel of land in any zone of the town. A travel trailer is defined as a vehicle on wheels i having no motive power of its own designed I -•; p , to be towed by a motor vehicle, and having facilities for temporary living quarters. Said travel trailer Erna habi- tation not be used for human habi tation while so stored and must t be stored behind the front set-back line of any -building or structure on the parcel or I - lot. If contiguous parcels or lots of land are owned by the ' sameowner, only one travel trailer may be stared on such contiguous parcels or lots. Before a travel trailer is stored as i herein provided, a permit must be obtained from the Board of Selectmen who must find that such storage• does not sub- stantially derogate from the zoning by-laws, or materliall affect the character of the neighborhood. Such a permit must { be renewed annually and the fee therefor shall be two ($2.00) dollars. Y Any person staring or using a travel trailer in violation of this.-by-law may be fined up to Fifty ($50.00) dollars for each offense.
