4 Board of Selectmen Minutes March 8, 2021 APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS Public Hearing: Liquor License Amendment Application for an Alteration of Premises Bacchus Enterprises, Inc d/b/a South Cape Wine & Spirits; 19 Commercial Street, Mashpee, MA, Barbara Rymsha, Manager: (Johnny Rymsha, Store Manager& Myles Ostroff, Property Manager): The Board of Selectmen opened the Public Hearing on the Liquor License Amendment Application of Bacchus Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a South Cape Wine & spirits; 19 Commercial Street, Mashpee, Barbara Rymsha, Manager for an Alteration of Premises. In accordance with posting requirements the Hearing notice was read aloud into the record. The applicant has requested to expand the floor plan for the licensed premises into an adjacent unit. The proposed floor plan will be a total of 4,992 square feet of retail storage, office space and restroom facilities. The premise will remain on one floor with two entrances, two egresses and one door for delivery. The applicant, Barbara Rymsha has a retail store space of 3,788 square feet at 19 Commercial street, unit C1 in South Cape Plaza. The expansion would integrate the 1,214 square feet unit adjacent to the store to create the total 4,992 square foot space. Being no comment,the Board motioned as follows; Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to close the Public Hearing. Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. Roll Call Vote: Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Gottlieb, yes Selectman Weeden, yes Opposed, none Motion made by Selectman O'Hara to approve the Liquor License Amendment Application of Bacchus Enterprises; Inc. d/b/a South Cape Wine&Spirits for an Alteration of Premises as referenced. Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0.
