The Pledge of <br /> Allegiance was recited. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES—August 18, 2021 <br /> There were no comments regarding the meeting minutes. <br /> MOTION <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to accept the minutes for August 18, 2021. Seconded by Mr. <br /> Callahan. All in favor. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Applicant: DPF Mashpee, LLC <br /> Location: South Cape Village Center located between Routh 28, Donna's Lane and <br /> Great Neck Road South <br /> Request: Requesting a special permit to modification to construct a 4,860 s.f. <br /> commercial building to be used for two retail tenants in the development <br /> identified as South Cape Village Shopping Center. The Planning Board <br /> approved the South Cape Village Shopping Center as a 160,000 s.f. <br /> Commercial Center on May 2, 2001. The special permit decision has <br /> been modified periodically over the past 20 years and has included and <br /> shown the future location of "Building G" being contemplated in the <br /> request fora special permit modification. <br /> Mr. Fulone stated the Planning Board has received a letter from the attorney on behalf of applicant <br /> writing to request the public hearing be continued without testimony for September 14, 2021 agenda. <br /> Ms. Waygan is concerned the public will miss the meeting with it being on a Tuesday. <br /> 1 <br />
