<br /> 			Scott made a motion that the Board approve 41 Mercantile Way, Petitioner, Capewide
<br /> 			Construction, Inc. requests a Special Permit under §§174-24 (C), 174-25 G (4), (6), (14),
<br /> 			and §174-41 (M) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of an eight (8) contractor
<br /> 			bay warehouse on property located in an I-1 and Light Industrial Overlay Zoning District,
<br /> 			Map 88 Parcel 87, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of Record: Tuttle Joint Trust, Timothy E. and
<br /> 			Cheryle R. Tuttle, Trustees), with the following conditions;
<br />       			1.  The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special
<br />    				Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9.
