The Board issues a Variance in the amount of. 5.2 ft. for the side yard, and 9.7 ft. <br /> for the front yard setback. <br /> 4. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. <br /> 5. Conditioned that a floor plan be amended to clearly state that the garage will be 14 <br /> ft. wide by 36 ft. long and will need to be submitted as such when applying to the <br /> Building Department for a building permit. <br /> 6. The shed needs to be located a minimum of 5 ft. from all property lines or it needs <br /> to be removed. <br /> 7. The applicant shall apply and seek all necessary permits specifically from the Board <br /> of Health in reference to floor plans etc. <br /> 8. The applicant shall apply to the DPW to find out if a curb cut is required. <br /> 9. The existing rear deck needs to be removed that is located in the rear of the house <br /> prior to applying to the Building Department for a building permit. <br /> 3 <br />
