Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings <br /> on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a <br /> Variance to Cindy L. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. <br /> 3. The Board issues a Variance in the amount of 14 ft. The house is 1.5 ft. fi-om the <br /> side yard setback, and a Variance of 14 ft. is requested. The lot coverage is 19.3% <br /> and is under the 20% requirement. <br /> 4.
