Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br /> February 24, 2021, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Special <br /> Permit to Petitioners,Carol and Jerry Bellis under§174-17.1 to remove and replace a single <br /> family non-conforming residential structure on this non-conforming lot with a new code <br /> compliant five bedroom residence on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, at 104 <br /> Popponesset Island Road, Map 112 Parcel 3, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of Record: Carol A. <br /> Bellis, as Trustee of the Anthony P. Gargiulo Irrevocable Trust of 2012). <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
