They stated <br /> that regarding the phosphate migration report at the <br /> proposed development, they do not think the question was <br /> answered. The report relies on 1986 data, and the soils <br /> at the site were not tested. F <br /> Mr Kirrane stated that they did not think the soils would { <br /> change from 1986 when they were last tested. . <br /> _ The Fire District stated that they believe it is most <br /> important that plant be governed with the most stringent <br /> � .. <br /> Conditions possible and run conscientiously on a daily basis. <br /> Mr. Kirrane presented a draft Special permit.
