The plan was for 25 lots with an average <br /> size of 28j,438 square feet. Thirty-five percent (9.14 acres) <br /> of the total parcel will be retained as open space. The open <br /> ; space areas will be deeded. to the Town ;as -:part of an agreement <br /> between Prime Properties, ' Inc. , :the.' Town of Mashpee, and New <br /> „a Seabury,Corporation.
