4. <br /> This plan came before the Planning Board in 1985 as a grid subdivision <br /> plan; and, after a number of meetings with the Board, the Planning <br /> Board suggested that it was an ideal site for a cluster subdivision, <br /> At this time it contained 36 lots among the cluster. The Planning Board <br /> encouraged the Board of Appeals to approve the Plan for a Special Permit <br /> but the Board of Appeals disapproved the Special Permit. At this time an <br /> appeal was takon to the Barns-table Superior Court. Subsequent to the <br /> filing of the Appeal, sometime in June of 1986 Mr. 'Nikulas purchased the <br /> property from Sarah and Rebecca Company and took over the case after a <br /> number of meetings with Town Officials. <br /> Tom Fudala, stated that the Board of Appeals plan did not show the connection <br /> between Falmouth and Mashpee. Tony stated that its fine that they have an <br /> updated report on traffic but he suggests to continue this because they do <br /> not have anyone to represent the report. The report is from June of 1987. <br /> Tom Fudala stated that the $100,000 is essentially for minor widening and <br /> repaving, some clearing along, Pimlico Pond Rd. Tom Fludala stated that it <br /> is not for the straightening of the road. He said that the curve problem <br /> needs to te resolved. <br /> The Public asked to see the plan .and have the "J"' pointed out. <br /> Charles ROWley stated that he did not see any drainage aalcujatia'rs. They <br /> will suinmit, them. Charles Rowley reviewed '.,As comments -. <br /> Lot 18 needs to be shown on sheet 1"7. <br /> Sheet #6 needs the remainder of the cul-de-sac length labeled. <br /> A Top Plan would be easier to follow if it was the same size <br /> as the lot layout in this case. <br /> There are nc, indications of pipe sizes. There are no details <br /> a� -to how large thrust blOOkS should be. <br /> He will need the drainage calculati�,'.ms to, determine the pipe sizes. <br /> They are going to have to provide fi:pe protection. <br /> There needs to be supportive data regarding the well and distribution <br /> system ob-tained bef,,,,)re he can say tha-r, each lot is adequately served <br /> by water from a central system, <br />
